Our Therapy success story for November is Mr. Floyd Messer. Floyd came to our facility for short term rehabilitation using the safe transition program to return home with his family. Upon admission, Floyd was dependent with all self care, mobility, and was extremely deconditioned. Floyd worked very hard during his stay to progress back to his prior level of functional status to return home with his wife. It was our pleasure to serve you.
