At Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center, we are always grateful for the generosity of others. Each Christmas, we are blessed with visitors who bring love to our residents.

We would like to thank Southern Brothers Motorcycle Club for their donations of homemade quilts to some of our residents for Christmas.  They are beautiful and much appreciated.

The Southern Brothers Motorcycle Club is dedicated to the  values of Truth, Loyalty, Respect, Strength and Honor.  They commit to a positive force and image for members, family and communities.

The residents really enjoyed their visit, and learning more about the mission of SBMC to promote solidarity of family, raising money for charitable causes, and support of our military.

Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center always strives to offer a variety of engaging daily activities to reflect residents’ interests. These activities are designed to help give our residents the opportunity to not only maintain but improve their quality of life.

Regular visits from organizations like SBMC and a wide variety of community groups (like local churches and the humane society) are key to maintaining a lively, stimulating and vibrant environment for our residents.

Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 50,000-square-foot, 135-bed facility (with nine private rooms) located in Barbourville, Kentucky. Our facility offers 24-hour nursing care, physicians, pharmaceutical services, lab services, along with speech, physical and occupational therapies.
