A huge thank you to Mr. Gregory and the animals from Hillview Stables as well as Barbourville High School students for visiting with us today. Mr. Gregory even named one of his new baby goats which didn’t have a name yet after one of our residents who especially loved it… “Irene.” Our staff, visitors and residents enjoyed our “Kiss the Pig” fundraiser.
Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 50,000-square-foot, 135-bed facility (with nine private rooms) located in Barbourville, Kentucky. We have provided high-quality, long-term care and short-term rehabilitation to our residents for many decades, and in 2013 we began a new chapter and set a new standard in care, when we built the new Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center (formerly called Barbourville Nursing Home). Our new, $12-million, state-of-the-art facility features a library, private chapel, ice cream parlor, secure courtyard, nine private rooms, a spa area, a beauty parlor and a physician’s lounge.
